Heritage Estate Sales is proud to present this breathtaking estate high in the hills of the Santa Monica mountains in Topanga, California.  This 9k square foot home was decorated with a mix of original vintage mid-century modern pieces and contemporary decor.

As required by Los Angeles County and The Department of Public Health, Heritage Estate Sales will be following and enforcing COVID-19 Guidelines/Protocols throughout the duration of the sale to provide our Customers & Staff Members a safe environment. We appreciate your time and understanding.

WE WILL BE REQUIRING ALL CUSTOMERS & STAFF MEMBERS TO WEAR A FACE MASK AND KEEP SOCIAL DISTANCE.  CUSTOMERS WILL BE DENIED ENTRY IF REQUIREMENTS AREN’T MET.  WE WILL ONLY BE OPERATING AT 50% CAPACITY AND TIMED ENTRY WILL BE ENFORCED.
